Looks like a heat rash, it should go away in a week or so, you can put baby aquafor on it too

He's reacting to something at his dad's. I would wash his clothes and blankets that were there. It could be a lotion dad was wearing or the detergent dad has on his clothes and your babe was laying on him. Hope it gets better!
