@katelynn, youch! ok well it's gonna take awhile like I said probably as long as it took for your milk to decrease to increase so stay with it you can even up your oatmeal and fenugreek just don't give up hang in there they also have teas and stuff to push out milk production as well you can order off line or get it from a whole food store

no I had to take antibiotics for the clogged infection

@katelynn, they had to give you meds for it or was your meds for something else?

yes I got it unclogged after I started meds @mommyagain

@katelynn, oh yeeeeah it's gonna take awhile to come back up did you get your duct unclogged?

it's been going down for about two weeks bc I had that clogged milk duct got infected. I take fenugreek twice a day @mommyagain

@katelynn, How much are you taking and the oatmeal is a bonus too how long have your supply been down I've heard it may take that amount of time to come back up

Have you tried fenugreek? I dipped a couple of times during my breastfeeding journey and I swear this saved me you'll smell like syrup but it will be worth it
