So as soon as I come upstairs my fiancé's mom asked if I was having labor pains I said no and then his papaw said "we can't tell her happy Mother's Day because she hasn't had the baby yet" and laughed then his mom and nana agreed and laughed it took everything in me not to say something or burst into tears in front of them. So I'm acting like I have to really use the bathroom so I can get myself together before I have to walk back through the kitchen where that all are 😭

my mom said this morning "next year you'll be able to celebrate Mother's Day!" I was like I actually consider myself a mother already, baby is due in 6 days and even though I haven't had him yet I've already made sacrifices for him. I think if you're carrying a child you're a mother :)
