His first son's mom didn't use it apparently and he had the worst case of diaper rash I've ever seen! I guess he's going off that! But I'm tired of arguing with him EVERY time I change my son @pregoprincess

Poor baby. Don't argue with him just ignore him and next time the baby has a doctors appointment as the doctor in front of him the doctor is going to say the same thing

Look on the back of any of your products you have for your baby. It's more chemicals in the products than anything else. The talcum in baby powder causes ovarian cancer. The two things we do on a consistent basis is put products on our body and eat chemically engineered food. I know it's probably the last thing u care to hear lol. I agree with him though.

@gcpaschal, I looked up Vaseline and it's not harmful at all! If you saw the pictures of the diaper rash his first son had you'd understand my concern! It was the worst thing I've ever seen and I don't want my baby to suffer the same way! 😰

@kelseyfox2015, whenever he's not around I put A&D ointment on him.... His mom hates the smell and he just complains and it turns into an argument but I am gonna ask his doctor when we go on Tuesday just to shut his ass up once and for all!

@beezy_mcflyy oh ok I get it. At the end of the day you knows what's best for your baby and even if you don't we're all learning here. A&D is good out of all the other things we can put on our babies.

A&D and Vaseline are my top 2 choices! But his mom complains about the smell! And he complains about the chemicals it's supposed to have! Like I said if you saw the pics of his first son's diaper rash you'd freak out and do whatever you can to prevent that from happening to your baby!

I used A&D and Pavloderm (its a baby lotion from Europe)on my daughter for over 28 months now and I am still using it. I am also using on my son as well every other diaper change. Thx God either of my children did get a diaper rash. I never heard someone say they hate the smell of A&D lol sounds hilarious. after all we the mother's know what's best for our children not the grandparents or their fathers. ask your doctor and keep us posted it.

the doctor of my children (I asked 5 pediatrician) &they; all said it's the most recommended by doctor's and trust it by mothers.

As far as diaper ointment goes I'm a FTM due in a week but I think diaper rash cream is necessary for protection from the rash. If you're worried about the ingredients in things other than Vaseline you can get ointment by the honest company or Burts bees that's completely natural
