what can I take for a migraine when breastfeeding?

You could be dehydrated and not know it. I was while breastfeeding even though I drank a lot of water and didn't feel thirsty I was still having headaches and constipation problems. Try using your water intake and see if that helps

I think you can take Tylenol that's what I took when I was breastfeeding the extra strength
