So we're moving into the 2 bdrm right across the hall and I'm super excited because I get to decorate my daughters room. I really wish we were getting a home but we live in Illinois and property tax is between $4000 and $7000 a year. Closer to $7000 and the homes are starting at like $180,000 but around $225,000. That's my daughters college tuition each year. Apartment it is for now.

Well I understand that then sometimes that traffic can be a big determining factor when trying to move. Thank you so much I appreciate it now I don't feel so bad about being 34 my cousin's all tease me about it calling me an old momma lol and I wish you guys luck on your house hunting and congratulations on the arrival of that pretty lil lady! @gcpaschal

Yeah we may have to look out that way. It's just that our jobs are in the northwest suburbs so I don't want to move further south @expectnmy1anonly congrats on your baby! This is my one and only as well and I just had her at 37
I live in illinois to its some nice places In south Holland for like 120 to 150 and 3000 taxes and Richton Park and other surrounding areas. I've been looking as well so my baby can have her own room eventually.
