why have you not gone to the police yet?? You said he is threatening you with cps...well...what if he goes into your home and plants things, incriminating things, and you catch the fall for it? Have your locks changed ASAP. Im serious!

go to the rental office and tell them you ex came over and when he left you couldn't find you keys and you afraid of him! they will change the locks! immediately also make a police report doesn't matter if you have no proof go file a order of protection

ummm change your locks. Call the cops. Have somebody beat his ass. Stay with a family member. You have lots of options. You have a baby to protect.
