I still get kinks in my back when bent over say washing the dog nod picking stuff off the floor. it takes forever to unkink last epidural I had was 6yrs ago. this time I'm trying to not have it!

I got the epidural with my son 2 years ago and ever since I've always had that little pain in my back at the end of the day. Kinda regret it. I didn't get it with my daughter so I'm pretty sure it was the epidural because I've had the pain even before I got pregnant with her.

I regret it too but I did 9hrs of hard labor and was so exhausted and in so much pain I got it then had a c section. I'm hoping next time I can do without it

I had it and got horrible back pain after. The pain would wake me out of my sleep and be so bad I felt paralyzed. It happened like that for a week or so, now I only get pain in my back sometimes but it's so much worse than it used to be

Mine was sore for a little while.

@harris.ashley92 idk I just started having really bad back pain I was thinking maybe it was because of my breast and that I need a better bra but it's not

I did epidural 2 times and both times I had back spasms a few days later. My back spasms were on and off.
