Im 30 weeks today and I have period like cramps that wont go away. should I go to the hospital or should I be okay.

Yea it could be round ligament pain especially Bc they grow SO much the last ten weeks. If it gets to where you can't talk and it seriously is a lot of pain to where you're crying, call. Otherwise you're fine. Like I said it's gotten worse for me over the weeks. As I type this I've been having cramping all morning

Are they coming and going? Or just constant? If they're constant then you're fine. I've literally been having period like cramps since 15 weeks and they've just been getting worse as time goes on. If they last longer that 20 or 30 minutes you should go on in. I'll have some here and there and they'll last like 5 minutes then go away.
