I'm 11 weeks along now & I still get them somtimes so even after conception it's normal. my doctor said it's the uterus making room for baby:) @chey28

that's happened to me, I'm not sure what it is. but it's normal, I've heard it happens to a bunch of people. I think it's just your muscles contracting cuz you just got all of him in you , or if you finished too then it's cuz you did. but afterwards stay laying down for like 15 minutes and elevate your hips up so it makes it easier for the sperm to swim! also, no lube or anything. just your natural one because other lube is to thick and gooey and it can make it harder for sperm to swim up into your uterus so they die before they get there
