coconut oil. best thing. I use it for diaper rash and it does away in a day, not even, it helps my sons cradle cap and about everything else.

Its normal, I wouldn't do anything to it it's a heat rash , when giving her a bath warm compression helps to losses her pores in her face and it will go away, not a good idea to put creams on her face
