This is my first baby but I am taking 16 weeks off. And possibly going to be a stay at home Mom. Still deciding! I worry 16 weeks just won't be enough time. All my friends just cry all the way to the office when they drop their babies off 😿 My fiancé gets 2 months paid paternity leave so that will add some additional time too.

Drs normally make you wait at least 6 weeks to give you time to heal
