It's going to be that bad the first 2-3 days just relax as much as you can. I know it's hard with the baby 😭

Take the pain meds it's better to just take them

are you on medication? my nurses didn't ask me my pain level I told them to bring it every 3 hours so it didn't wear off. constipation was hell after because of all the medicine i took but my incision wasn't hurting by then.
