Like someone is plucking your spine & it's going to snap

Death. I don't think that I would've needed an epidural if I didn't have back labor. Nothing could soothe me; nothing prepared me for that. I didn't even know what was going on 😭

My mama had back labor once, she said it's like someone breaking you in half.

oh my I have already been to the hospital twice. and every time I go its like nothing is wrong

Mine was so bad it made my legs give out on me multiple times and I had trouble walking the hall at the hospital. It took 3 people to keep me up.

Omg it's like someone is breaking your back :( The worst pain ever. Stomach labor is SOOOO much better

It is so much worse than normal labor. Your lower back cramps so bad!

pure pain. omg. I will never forget that. when I went into preterm labor, it was back labor and i was in tears
