Definitely only water! I was dehydrated once during this pregnancy..made me feel horrid.

Yes I told hubby only water from now on and he agreed because I always ask him for water but he will always buy me soda so I don't argue I drink it lol but no more this time @greenlandbroker

all my pressure went away I think all I needed was alot of water and to relax and I did that today and now it's all gone thank god @greenlandbroker

I have a 24 hour advice nurse hotline. I have kaiser though. I think everyone is different. I think my little one dropped around 32.
