what's the best way to get rid of acid reflux

thank y'all, sorry late response don't get on much.. but I will be trying apple cider vinegar.. I've tried the milk, tums white bread an it didn't work..

girl, I use apple cider vinegar. I get it everyday. just a tablespoon or so does the trick. almost immediately.
