I hear that your first always comes late. So I don't wanna take it too soon that I'll only end up with 2 weeks with my baby. My leave is 6weeks

you get 6 weeks no matter what with baby for healing time, there is pregnancy disability, healing time, and then thats when fmla (baby bonding time) baby bonding time can be affected by using your disability time

Honestly, since you only get the minimum I would work up until you have the baby.
