I know I've posted about this before but it's something I'm noticing more frequently and I'm kinda concerned. I've posted pics of me and my baby on my Instagram and my BF's biological sisters both follow me and his first baby mama. They only like the pics I've posted of my son and his brother (who is more white due to his mixed mom) and maybe one or 2 pics when my son was first born and that's it. But they'll like damn near every pic she posts of her son and her too. Now they both live out of state and have never met me or her in person. His biological family is a tad bit racist and I'm just now seeing how they play favorites. When his ex had their son his grandma gave him a gift card and came over to see him the day he was born and multiple times...when I had my son his grandma waited a week to see him, my BF had to force her, and she gave my baby hand-me-downs. I've been nothing but nice to his family, I kept them involved all throughout my pregnancy unlike her. She looked down on them, doesn't want her baby around them, yet they'll comment on how beautiful she is and beg her to see her baby. I don't want my baby being discriminated against by his own family for being darker than his brother I'm just sitting back and nothing a lot lately
