I had a dvd that helped a lot! Also YouTube and most hospitals have lactation consultants, but don't be afraid to ask the nurses for help

most hospitals have lactation consultants you can talk to after you give birth, also mine told me to look at youtube videos to learn the proper latching techniques and everything
