I know it's normal for men to watch porn.. but does it make any of you ladies feel insecure about yourself?? Me & my fiance have been going at it.. I wanted to have sex the other night & he said he was to tired & rolled over & went to sleep.. well his phone went off so I looked to make sure it wasn't important & then went to exit out of all the screens so it would charge better & I see that he's been on a porn website.. I was pissed, so we have been fighting about that.. he goes through my Internet browser & my FB so why can't I go through his?? I told him the porn thing is affecting me really bad & he thinks it's no big deal & he's I'm perfectly fine & he just needs a release sometimes when I'm not home.. wtf?? Then he says I have a sex problem & why can't he just hold me.. ummm, I rarely feel good enough to do it.. I'm human I have needs.. & then there was some excuse about me having Braxton Hicks which is true but it's a excuse to get out of it.. he's never had a problem with it before.. & he said we need to trust eachother more & he put a lock on his phone.. & so did I.. Something is off.. Anyone else going through this??

If is considered normal, it shouldn't be. It is completely degrading to women and disrespectful to your partner! It is a form of cheating to me. It's not ok, and my husband who is a recovered addict wold tell you how unhealthy it is.
i still have the urge to check his phone though just to see but i haven't .
going through 3 pregnancies with your so looking at crap like that hurts sooo bad, even more so when your like us and have talked about getting sealed in the temple.

nope! porn kills everything in my opinion, thats where it started for my hubby when he got addicted to it, i was pregnant with our first. it was not because he wants that but because he was freaking out thinking he'd hurt the baby.
I'm very insecure about it now because he was addicted to it and then i started on it because i wasn't getting anything from him and hate it with the biggest passion, i check his phone so often to see if he has looked at it but it makes me feel like he doesn't want me. I've become so insecure since the beginning of this last pregnancy that i get mad over music he listens to or the videos he watches, but i haven't thought much of it now that I've had our daughter.
hell no it's not normal. it is normal when the guy is single but when he's in a relationship depending on the woman he's with porn is a go or a no go. with me it's a no go. I don't see that as something a man should be doing just bc "it's what guys do" that's a cop out. I think if guys do that they should definitely be single. if my bf were to watch porn now I would feel super disrespected. he knows how I feel about all this and I can grab his phone at anytime and he grabs mine at any time. (not to look through it either) it's all about trust and communication

I'm exhausted all the time & I take one for the team when he's horny because I know he's not going to have sex for 2 months after the baby gets here.. it makes me wonder.. maybe he's not horny anymore because he has already got his for the day.. what about me?? It just makes me feel like shit.. when I confronted him about it he even named the porn star & said he likes to watch her because our vaginas & boobs are very similar.. ummm not no more.. I never liked porn. I find it degrading. but I never had a prob with my ex watching porn until he decided one day to tell me that he wanted me to do what this girl did in one of the porn videos.... talk about blow to the ego. hell no.

my fiance does the same thing ive asked this question a million times some women are okay with it ive learned to just live with it men are gonna be men they watch it as a fantasy world for them just like we see a hot guy in a movie and fantasise about them its just their little weird dude thing a few of my girlfriends watch porn and say they cant judge their s/o for doing it cause they do it to and its not because they arent happy with who they are with its just something they enjoy watching to get off when they dont feel like having actual sex

Porn isn't normal or good under any circumstance, no matter what. Research and real life experience back that up. Men can have self-control and consideration, and it should be expected of them. That being said, porn is addicting and difficult for people to quit. But with help it can be done.
