Yes make sure you get those papers it's like child support they sat if the dad wants the kids in June they have to write a letter by April to the mom if not they get the child in July but most of the time hey don't get the kids at all

Yes he can because he is her dad best bet is go get a signed agreement and get it notarized so you have proof he will bring her back

@supermommy31082, I seen someone who tried the text thing and it didn't work its better to have a written agreement and signed with some one present that way she's sure enough will be returned , I had to do this as well with my daughters biological grandparents because there always trying to do sneaky shit and take her out of town on trips that I Dont agree on
yes ... he could , I would make him sign something stating that he will get her on this day and she will be returned on this day with a 3rd party around just in case
well he can't just keep her your the sole custodial parent but yeah he can be petty and try but I would make sure I have text messages telling him hay I'm gonna let you keep her for the summer I'll be back for her on this date that way you have it in writing so if he tried it the authorities can make him give her back
I understand love and you have all right to do it too so if he don't sign the papers then don't let her go because he is probably planning something
