Hello o have a question! My son is now 5 weeks old and I been fighting a diaper rash with him since he was 2 weeks old. I was wondering if anyone can give me suggestions on creams!? I have used Vaseline and Desitin but they haven't done too much.

Try Dr. Smith and mix a bit of corn starch into it!! It works amazingly. I also used aquaphore the one that comes in a tub. It's pricey but so worth it. My son has eczema and that's the only thing that works for him.

This happened with my daughter and although it sounds dumb it worked ... Straight up Vaseline it keeps urine and feces off the skin .. Also she was allergic to luvs and pampers
I always heard breast milk helps heal diaper rash. I know a lot of moms who use it
could also be the baby wipes! stop putting whatever you are using on him because those could just be irritating it even more. try sticking with one diaper brand and a&d and see if that helps. make sure the wipes you are using are unscented too, most babies that young cant tolerate all the perfumes in scented wipes.
if it's starting to open sores or anything get him into the dr it could be a yeast infection. I know it sounds strange but it could be if not try the a &d I use to live by that stuff when mine were younger
Hmm that's a good idea. I have used both pampers and huggies though.

it could be the brand of diapers you are using. some babies are allergic to different brands of diapers.
Boudreaux butt paste is awesome! I use that and then sprinkle a little corn starch on top. Clears things right up
