not what i wanted to hear... still only a half cm dilated 😒 doctor said induction date can be set for the 16th but if still unfavorable a possible c-section. or i can wait another week 😭😭 any suggestions on how to get dilation going or something?!?!?

I ate a whole fresh pineapple after walking for a half hour. Then I sat on the couch. Started contracting 2 hours later and went into labor 7 hours later.

Sex and bouncing on a yoga ball. Semen is said to soften the cervix.

ask your doctor to strip you membranes my doctor suggested it at 39 weeks so I wouldn't have to be induced and went in to labor the next morning
