2 months n still not healed from my 2 c-section!!! No working out yet but started my diet! On sunday.

I was about 4 weeks when i popped them. I still dont know how i popped them. I think from laughing or laying on my side n not my back when i went to sleep. This was my first c-section. I had 3 other kids natural birth. I was forced into a c-section by my doctor. @gcpaschal

Oh wow..I'm sorry to hear that. How did you pop them? I'm 4 weeks pp from having a c-section so any advice helps.

I had popped stitches n had an infection from popping the stitches. N the area that i popped is taking a longggggg time to heal. The inside is heal now its the top that isnt fully healed.
