Half the time I can't even walk without a ton of pain down there

Yes I had to ask for a VBAC they didn't even mention it to me what so ever in the beginning . I'm trying to have them do a membrane sweep next weeks because ive already been experiencing small cramps , I'm 1cm dilated and alittle over 50% thinned . I really don't want to have another c section lol @queenof3

yes definitely try to have it naturally first. a lot of times I noticed if a woman has a c section the doctors automatically try to get you to have it again. I'm going to try for a VBAC too. Good luck
