i weighed 303 pounds when I had my baby so I really want to loose weight....but I'm not a heathly water at all ...last time I tried I actually got really sick
I did it about 6 years ago for 2 years. started at 335lbs and lost exactly half my body weight and ended at 165lbs, so yes it worked for me.. it does take a lot of all power a lot of my family and friends couldn't do it.. I kept the weight of for 2 years and then had some babies so now I have some weight to lose again after this baby..
I guess it depends on your current eating habits on whether it will work for you or not. Of course the only sure fire way to lose weight is to exercise and eat healthy. The eating healthy is about 80 percent of the weight loss though. Someone who goes from eating candy, sweets, lots of carbs, fried food and sodas or sugary drinks and salts will of course show more progress weight loss wise. To be honest with you, I was someone who was eating out all the time at restaurants and fast food. Plus I was drinking a lot. A lot of wine all the time and liquor/beer. And I smoked. I got so tired of being heavy so I tried that lemonade diet-VERY extreme. I mean, yeah, I lost weight. But it started to come back. And then I got pregnant. Now, I'm literally the heaviest I've ever been but I ate pretty healthy during my pregnancy so I see I have most of my weight in my belly. If you put so much emphasis and pressure on yourself to stay in line and not mess up or let your one cheat day turn into 5, you'll fail. However, if you need something to show you progress, maybe try meeting with a nutritionist. Educate yourself on what's healthy fats and what's not. Eating healthy doesn't have to be hard. I used to hate it and now it comes easy. It also gives me energy to burn and motivates me (as much as it can for anyone pregnant currently).
honestly, that's not healthy😳 and it'll just come back. Try only drinking water and eating healthy add walking to your schedule 3 time a week. Much better way to go about it💓 I'm sorry I know you didn't ask that but I use to try that diet all the time in HS and got severely sick
Girl, it will set you up for failure. It is something that will help you loose some but when you go back to your habits you gain it back. Start slow and start to eliminate things like soda or cereals and carbs you don't need. Add more fish, greens, healthy carbs. These diets are the devil!
