Doctors today (: I was dilated to a 2+, thinned and baby's head was station at a -1. I'm super ready. I have a inducement scheduled for May 19th ♡ however, what does she mean thinned ? like is that a term for effacement?

I am kinda nervous to post this on here because of how girls from another app treated me and others. So fingers crossed this does not back fire in my face. So I am 37 weeks. I went to my OB this past Wednesday for my weekly checkup and she told me that I am 70% thinned and 2 cm. Question is am I going to go into labor before my due date July 21st if I am 70% thinned? Thank you ladies!
