developing something called pica horribly

I have really bad anemia and my OBGYN prescribed me Iron pills when this was mentioned and when he got the test results back..

I crave the smell of dust, cat litter (I'm assuming the clay/rock in it?), and ice..

of course being pregnant I don't go anywhere near any of it (just ice for my water lol) and I wouldn't go by any of it

it just sucks so much , having strange cravings , hope these iron pills stop this
