I've been having sharp pains mainly in my upper abdominal area, also I feel like I'm having menstrual cramps on and off for about 3 hours now. I've been trying to time all of my pain but it's hard. Is this just BH or gas or what? I just don't want to go to the hospital for no reason. :( I feel so uncomfortable and I feel like there's no way I can sleep tonight if the pain doesn't go away
