I've tried everything @hlanc4 ice, heat, massage it won't go away

I'm having a weird pain on the inside of my knee where it bends. it hurts to touch the skin and when I walk, icing mine but doesn't seem to help. kinda feels like when u blow a blood vessel in the top of your hand and it burns or stings when u rub it. where is your pain?@mommy2be711

mine is the left side of my right leg from my knee to my ankle. it's like a Charlie horse that won't go away and my right foot is freezing but my left foot is warm. @smiles2

@smiles2, Hey Moms leg pain is common. however if it's warm to touch and swollen call your obgyn and explain symptoms. may need to be check out. be safe. let the Dr. tell you of it's need for concern @mommy2be711 a warm shower help. allowing the warm water to relax it.

when I saw I've tried everything I mean EVERYTHING lol I even tried stretching but it's unbearable when I do that @danicakes2 . I'm sure it's nothing.

@danicakes2, @mommy2be711 I have my next app. monday, and will definetly let my doctor know about it. I have been iceing it quite abit tonight and has helped so much. I hope it's nothing serious and goes away soon.
