@sheffield94446, I've had heartburn the whole way through its just been the worst its ever been today :-(

Because the baby is a lot bigger. There's more pressure on you stomach..therefore its pushing the acid up more :) X

I'm 38 weeks and have the worst heart burn and got worse at 32 week.to.the point I've legit burnt away the thing that keeps the acid down and on tablets it's that bad. @catherine91 so don't think it is. But if you haven't had it all along may be it your body telling you its time. plug show? clear out? there signs.
