Would u say it's normal that I'm red hot and it's not hot in the bedroom hun I'm having severe hot flushes need advice asap

I'm feeling the same hun it's horrible aswel x what I do is have a nice Luke warm shower just to cool off x

I have been having this for about 2 weeks now, and normally have to go put cold water or cool flannel on my forehead. I told my midwife and she wasn't worried, could be hormones. sorry I can't give any proper advice! x

I've had this a few nights this week! I just assumed it's hormones xx
