I'm feeling the same hun it's horrible aswel x what I do is have a nice Luke warm shower just to cool off x

I have been having this for about 2 weeks now, and normally have to go put cold water or cool flannel on my forehead. I told my midwife and she wasn't worried, could be hormones. sorry I can't give any proper advice! x
