I get heartburn every single evening & apple cider vinegar instantly relieves mine.

tips that work for me:

1. eat small meals (6 instead of 3)

2.eat at least 45 minutes before laying down

3. take 2 tums each meal(sometimes I take them 1 b4 1 after)

4. don't guzzle water (sip all day)

5. relax for 30-45 minutes after each meal/snack

6. don't eat acidic foods

mine started really bad around that time too!! i couldnt eat anything and lost 2 lbs from throwing it up and it made me lose my appetite! so i finally told my doctor instead of sucking it up lol, and she prescribed me zantac i take it once a day. im not a big medicine taker ecpesically now that im pregnant but i needed to take something in order to eat

i have zantac from over the counter just didnt know if it was ok to take. but the tumbs seem to work i just got to keep chowing them with every meal this just started this bad @mareesan @eimandin @mygiftof2016 @heatherlg88

you can get it over the counter. the pharmacy will know what to tell u

I had tums as the doctor told me

try tums or ask your doctor to prescribe you zantac it works for me!
