HELP! What can I do for swollen feet I'm not pregnant anymore and my feet stay swollen and I prop them up 😭

@abombmomof2, my feet stayed swollen for about two weeks pp and then finally went away. There's nothing that really helps.

I drank tea with little sugar. That flushed me out and bought down all my swelling
