Is it normal to already have a little bit of milk come out of your nipples at 19 weeks? And im not talking about colostrum because i have that too but just recently actual white milk comes or with it... Normal?

Nope, it is totally normal at any point 😊 just don't try to make the milk come out or stimulate your nipples. That's what could cause preterm labor. Wipe them off gently if you want, just don't mess with them too much.

Later on if baby has a cold or something, your milk can completely change to provide whatever it is they need. Pretty amazing actually.

It is normal to be leaking at any point in pregnancy. It can turn back into colostrum before baby is here. There was one day when my milk has turned more of a yellow colostrum, even after milk was definitely coming in. Its like your body knows how your baby feels and it can change accordingly.
