owww so I tried bouncing on the bed and sex and pineapples and walking now I'm sitting down and there are sharp pains going from my groin to the top of my stomach and then to my back. are those considered contractions?

I would say time the pain and see if they last like contractions do.
My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤️
