for all the mamas who breastfeed I have some yummy lactation smoothie ingredients.
#1 bannanas
#2 rolled oats
#3 honey
#4 fenugreek
#5 penut butter
#6 almond butter
#7 all natural yogurt

I usually play around with the ingredients to see what combinations I like more and add other things like strawberries but with these I've been getting the best results.
