Is there anyone else who goes physical therapy during their pregnancy???

I totally understand I have 3 bulging discs and spindalolythesis and arthritis in my back and pregnancy has not helped it at all

They just gave me a bunch of exercises and I'm doing water therapy like in the pool and they told me to get a belly band

ur only 22 weeks i see, so yes there is alot of different things they can. show u to help.

I'm going to physical therapy for my back

My doc referred me to a physical therapist for my hips, back and pelvis @mrs.rcleveland is there alot the do to work you out?

i work for a PT. and he showed me stuff to do for back pain and all, it does really help
