HELP!
Girls, I am expressing And was expressing every 3 hours including 4am. But the nurse told me to just do it when ever instead of being in a schedule .. So I did do that now I'm barely expressing maybe 2 - 3 times a day? And not getting up to do 4am ? I'm barely expressing at all now? I used to fill a full bottle now I'm lucky if o do? What's wrong?

Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. Who ever told you that wants shooting, you produce milk on demand so if you are not doing it regular it will dry up. It's much better to do it on it at set times times. If you want to get your supply back start pumping at set times and lots of skin to skin with baby wil help
