Well the only thing I could think of is your hormones aren't rising like they should be? Why won't they give you an ultrasound or do blood work to test your levels? If anything, you could go to the er if you're worried :)

Or you could also be further along than you think. Try diluting your urine with a little water and testing again. Home pregnancy tests can only detect a small amount of the hormone and if there's too much it could give you a false negative.
