Is it bad if I just want to feel one contraction so I know what to expect?!? Everyone compares them to period cramps but I've never really had period cramps!

I've had some painful moments that could maybe be contractions but I just have no idea what to expect or what to look for!

i had one tonight..... it was must worse than any period cramp that id ever had kind of took my breath away at first.

honestly that are really hard to describe.. I've never had period cramps either and I felt the same way, but there is no good way to describe them that really gets the point across
