so I have the gestational diabetes and I have to do insulin. and today I ate dinner and took my sugar and it was 89 and its supposed to be close to 120 .. then I ate a piece of. chocolate and it went from 89 to 123 should I be worried or just wait and see what it is in a cople hours ?

Your sugars are right on track. 3 points over is nothing girl. That's actually really good for you to have eaten chocolate. That's nothing to worry about at all. I had Type 2 diabetes before I got pregnant since 2014.

those sugars are great! don't worry if they get a tiny bit high occasionally, it won't hurt baby unless it's consistent. really as long as your sugar stays between 60-140 most the time then you are doing great!

mines supposed to be 120 after meals and 90 at fasting
