contractions seem stronger, just closer :/ Sex in a little bit. playing board games 😂?u?😂 but doctor told me to use a lot of lube to help with contractions as well! so we'll see! @rennysmommy , @arivera64 @emkasting

it's fresh, we just cut it like that so it looked nice :) because we did a couple pineapples @emkasting

I freaking love canned pineapple but unfortunately for it to have any effect on labor it has to be fresh :/

you need fresh pineapple

The enzyme called bromelain is what induces contractions. It's found mostly in the core of the pineapple. In canned pineapple, there is no core and the bromelain that is left in the meat of the pineapple is cooked out during the canning process
