I think my doc did a membrane sweep the other day can u explain to me what it is he was checking my cervix and moving his fingers around and blood was on his glove alil bit

I'm pretty sure they have to tell you if they did one. When they check for dilation they do move their fingers around a bit, so maybe that's all he did.

it sounds like he did do it.most doctors don't tell you,they just do it. I had a midwife who did it. I guess she didn't know I knew what it was but I definitely said something
