We just got a Save-A-Lot around the corner, and a lot of things I buy name brand, but I just left with toilet paper, paper towels, pancake mix, some sides and even a pack of chicken breast for $14. Y'all, I think I'm addicted to save-a-lot! It's so cheap! Even some of the name brand stuff is cheaper than most places! Also, beats having to drive across town to Meijer or even farther for Walmart.

We don't have one, but I've actually been getting a lot at Aldi for the same reason. Some things I have to buy the brand name but some things it doesn't really matter and now they actually have some healthy and organic food too

For those who have started a college fund for your lo's did you just put it into a savings account in their name? I think there are some programs through Gerber as well I just honestly haven't looked into them. Just trying to get some info on what others have done!
