So I have question I'm 23 weeks and I thought a 9 lbs weight gain was good but now I'm re thinking it what is normal at this stage is it to much I'm stressing out I am really watching what I eat and I really don't over eat sad mommy here 😔

Do you have to eat good in order to breastfeed? My MiL always asks if I'm eating good and I tell her yea just because I don't want to argue with her (I only eat like once or twice if I'm lucky a day) but I mean, there are women in third world countries who breastfeed and I'm sure they rarely eat themselves too. She always says that if I don't eat proper meals throughout the day my milk will 'dry up' is this true??
Hey mommies!!! question for ya... why am I having such a hard time eating... I can go up to 12 hours without eating and have no want or desire to eat... I have been trying to force myself to eat... I'm finding it harder and harder to eat... and I'm also finding nothing I want or when I eat I can only eat a few bite... I'm at a loss... I'd just love some insite of this will get better or what I could possible do...

Oh never mind! I didn't see how far along you are.. I'm taking the 3 hour glucose so I have to fast tonight as well.
