my first ob appointment is Friday and I'll only be 4 weeks. my sister in law says he does ultrasounds on the first appointment. will he be able to even see anything? I had a ultrasound at 5 weeks with my daughter and could see the little dot where she was but 4 weeks seems like I wouldn't be able to see anything
did every ones SO go to EVERY dr appointment with them?? im at my appointment and its not an ultrasound or anything so i told my boyfriend he can stay home and sleep... im here and everyone has their guy with them.. im feeling lonely now:/
called my midwife to see what was going to happen at my first appointment and they arent doing an ultrasound or anything, I won't get to see my baby till 12 weeks. super bummed.

Can you guys show me your ultrasounds from 8 weeks? I will be having my first ultrasound at 8 weeks 4 days and I'm just curious. With my son I had my first ultrasound at 9 weeks 6 days so I know this one might be a bit different.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

it all depends on the doc, my first visit was mainly prenatal visit. then the second visit is when they did the ultrasound, which put me at 12 weeks. but my first appointment was at 8 weeks.

the babys heartbeat starts at approximately day 18 of pregnancy.
