Question for the ladies who suffered from postpartum depression, how did you overcome it? I need tips
For me, I found it got better after my 6 week appointment. once I was able to (for the most part) get back to my routine, get out of the house more & do the things I enjoyed doing again, it made a huge difference
I had to start getting out the house even if I didn't want to. I went for walks and stuff.
