I get really bad braxton Hicks dose that mean labor is going to be extremely pain fun for me? I want to do nature but people keep telling me I won't b able to handal the pain if I'm already have bad braxton hicks!

Not sure if I'm getting Braxton Hicks contractions or real ones? Getting pressure/slight pain just under bump? (I can't describe the area well) They're not bad but they're not stopping if I change position, I was told they would if it was Braxton Hicks. Help appreciated?

Been having these cramps and contractions which I'm assuming are Braxton hicks, ugh they hurt so bad & on top of all that my back is killing me , I feel like I wanna cry because of the severity of this pain ! 😪😩💢

I think it prepares your uterus,so shouldn't it make it easier? idk All I know is it's mind over matter given there's no complications. There's no such thing as an easy birth I think but in a way it's part of the journey because at the end of it you know you'd do it all again for your little bundle! ❤️ I had a wonderful natural birth. Lots of concentration on breathing, relaxing the body and prayer. I felt empowered afterwards because truly it's incredible what our bodies can do.
