so I woke up and noticed my baby sleeping on her tummy! ion know how long she been sleeping on her tummy but she must've rolled over.. she's almost 2 weeks 😢

thank you and no only on there back in the beginning I am fearful if he rolls on his side he may roll on his tummy and be face down so that's the measure I take for no rolling he's only a week old he'll be 2 weeks Friday they are too new to be moving like this ook lol

my son rolls on his side in his bassinet and hunny scared the shit outta me so at night he sleeps in bed with me on his boppy pillow and he loves it
My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤

This is what happens when a littles sister doesn't listen and goes a bit bridezilla. She wants all her sisters to wear the same thing for her wedding in a few weeks. I told her "I can wear something as similar as I can make it, but being pregnant I can't wear the same exact thing. It just won't work". Then she settled on a denim shirt dress. Cute, but wouldn't work on me normally, let alone pregnant (I'm pretty tall). She said she'd just femme a bigger size to fit over the tummy. I told her the tummy would also make it even shorter. She wouldn't listen.
Does anybody baby sleep on their stomach? Like a young baby? Why isn't it safe? I know about the whole SIDS but I still don't understand why it's not safe for them. My baby is 4 weeks and tonight was my first night putting her on her tummy and she's sleeping much better on her tummy than she does on her back.
I have a question. My daughter is a month and a half old. I know her dr and everyone else I've talked to said she needs to sleep on her back. My problem is, she sleeps so so so much better on her tummy. My question is, if she can move her head from side to side, should I continue to let her sleep on her tummy, or just keep her on her back?

The doctors actually recommend for babies to sleep on their side because of you sleep then on their back they can throw up and choke. I would put my daughter on her sides and just put a pillow so she would roll back, and she wouldn't roll forward either. Try swaddling and then put her on her side and she won't move. Doctors say it's also better when they're on their sides because if they throw up it just comes out of the side of their mouths instead of them choking on it
